The free SEO audit
The audit is provided free of charge, as-is, and is based on publicly accessible information about your website at the time of review. It is guidance, not a guarantee of rankings or results.
Digital Marketing Plan (£20)
The plan is a written document produced after your audit and is delivered by email. Because it is a personalised digital product, it is non-refundable once delivered, except where it is not useful to you: tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. (TODO: confirm policy.)
Strategy consultation (£30 per hour)
Consultations are booked in one-hour blocks and paid in advance. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the call. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are not refunded.
Payment
Payments are taken securely by our payment provider (TODO: name provider). Prices include VAT where applicable. We do not store card details.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to request an audit of the website you submit and that the information you give us is accurate.
Liability and governing law
We are not liable for business losses arising from acting on our recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
