Who we are

What we collect
Name, business name, website domain, email address, your answers to the audit questions, messages sent through the contact form or chat assistant, and basic analytics data.
Why we collect it
To produce and email your SEO audit, to respond to your enquiries, and, only if you opt in, to send occasional marketing emails. Our lawful bases are contract (delivering the audit you asked for), legitimate interests, and consent for marketing.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and related correspondence are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Embedded YouTube videos only load when you press play. (TODO: confirm analytics provider and cookie banner requirement.)
